How We Started

Dawn Arc began in 2014 when our founder, Dr. Helena Marsh, noticed a significant gap in the pet care industry. Too many services prioritized volume over quality, treating animals as transactions rather than individuals with unique needs and personalities.

After fifteen years working in veterinary practice, Helena envisioned something better—a place where animals would receive the same level of attention and expertise she provided in clinical settings, but in a more comfortable, accessible format.

What started as a small grooming and consultation service has grown into a comprehensive pet care provider, but we've never lost sight of that original vision. Every decision we make, every service we add, every team member we hire—it all comes back to one question: Is this truly in the best interest of the animals we serve?

Our Facilities
