By Train: Harrogate Railway Station is 2 miles from our facility. Taxi services are readily available at the station.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we operate by appointment to ensure each pet receives our full attention. Same-day bookings are sometimes available—email us to check availability.

What should I bring for my first visit?

Bring your pet's vaccination records, any relevant health documentation, and information about their diet or medications. For grooming, let us know about any specific style preferences.

Do you accept all types of pets?

We work with dogs, cats, rabbits, and some small mammals. If you have an exotic pet or unusual species, contact us to discuss whether we can accommodate them.

How do I pay for services?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless you've arranged a different schedule for boarding stays.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less notice may incur a 50% fee. Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I tour your facility?

Absolutely. We encourage pet owners to visit before booking. Email us to schedule a tour—we'll show you our spaces and introduce you to our team.
