Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

• All services require advance booking through our website or by email
• Bookings are confirmed only after we send you a confirmation email
• We reserve the right to refuse service based on pet health, temperament, or safety concerns

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointments
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• Emergency situations are evaluated case-by-case

Rescheduling

You may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the quoted price
• For boarding services, 50% deposit may be required at booking

Pet Requirements

Health and Vaccination

• All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations
• Proof of vaccination may be requested
• Pets showing signs of illness or contagious conditions will not be accepted until cleared by a veterinarian
• You must disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special requirements

Safety and Behavior

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a safety risk to staff or other animals
• Aggressive or unmanageable pets may require specialized handling at an additional cost
• You are responsible for accurate disclosure of your pet's temperament and history

Liability and Responsibility

We maintain comprehensive insurance and take all reasonable precautions to ensure your pet's safety. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing health conditions that become apparent during care
• Injuries resulting from a pet's own behavior or interactions with other pets (unless caused by our negligence)
• Unforeseen medical emergencies (though we will seek immediate veterinary care)

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your pet's health and behavior
• Ensuring your pet is properly vaccinated
• Covering any veterinary costs not caused by our negligence
• Any damage your pet causes to our property or equipment

Emergency Medical Care

In case of medical emergency, we will:

• Attempt to contact you immediately
• Seek veterinary care if we cannot reach you
• Make reasonable decisions in your pet's best interest

You authorize us to obtain emergency veterinary care and agree to reimburse all associated costs.
